Planting Seeds for Tomorrow:

2008-2013 Strategic Plan

To follow up on the successful 2002 Strategic Plan, the Fredericksburg Academy Board of Trustees began its work on the next Strategic Plan in early 2007, during the school's celebration of its 15th year. In December 2007 and January 2008, Board members led listening groups with 60 faculty members and 75 FA parents. The listening group participants' responses to the following questions provided the foundation for the 2008-2013 Strategic Plan:

  • What external factors will likely have a significant effect on FA's future?
  • What internal factors do we need to consider during this Strategic Planning cycle?
  • What aspects of FA do you value the most?
