Thank you for considering Fredericksburg Academy for your child. We are celebrating our 15th year of offering a challenging, college-preparatory program in a close-knit and supportive learning environment. Fredericksburg Academy is a school where your child can receive an education that nurtures intellectual curiosity and helps him or her be enthusiastic about learning in an academically rigorous environment.
Fredericksburg Academy is an independent, nonsectarian school. We enroll over 500 students from prekindergarten through grade twelve on a 50-acre campus, which includes two academic buildings, a Sports Center housing a gymnasium and a pool, five playing fields, four tennis courts, and two playgrounds.
As a parent, you have an opportunity to choose a school with a mission (a school's philosophy, values, and approach to teaching) that is right for your child, resulting in an education that will pay dividends for a lifetime. I encourage you to come visit our campus and meet the students, faculty, administrators, and staff who make up our learning community. Visits are scheduled nearly every school day by appointment.
