Lower School Library
The Constance Suzanne O'Connell Memorial Library and adjacent Computer Lab provide Lower School students and faculty with a warm, inviting environment to locate reading and research materials. The library was designed with the young child in mind and was named for a first grade student who fought a courageous battle with leukemia.
In the library and computer lab, Lower School students experience the following:
- access to 15,000 books, periodicals, and audio-visual resources
- integrated research and technology component in grades 3-5
- skill-building and hands-on information literacy program for grades PK-2
- adjoining computer lab with 18 networked, Internet-ready workstations
- ample space for instruction and research projects
- Accelerated Reader program.
Middle/Upper School Library
The Middle and Upper School library and the adjoining Technology Center provide students with an inviting, state-of-the-art environment for all types of research.
The Middle and Upper School library features:
- access to 15,000 books, periodicals, and audio-visual resources
- ample space for individual study and instruction
- access to 700 full-text periodicals
- adjacent computer lab with 21 networked, Internet-ready workstations
- audio-visual room
- laptop program for Upper School students in grades nine through twelve.
