Tuition & Payment Options

Tuition for the 2010-2011 School Year

Half-Day Prekindergarten-$7,500 (limited spaces available)

Prekindergarten-$13,000

Kindergarten-Grade 5-$14,180

Grades 6-12-$16,050

Included in the tuition are most field trips (with the exception of overnight trips) and participation on athletic teams including use of uniforms (swim team members purchase a swimsuit).

Students in grades 6-12 purchase their textbooks via our online bookstore. Access the online bookstore under the "academics" heading on the website.  (School supply lists are available under the "forms to download" link on the first page of our website.) Students in grades 9-12 have an additional laptop computer fee that is also required.

Payment Plans

Option One: Annual.  $800.00 deposit due upon enrollment. Balance due on July 1.

Option Two: Semiannual. $800.00 deposit due upon enrollment. Payments due on July 1 and December 1. Families choosing this option will be required to enroll in the FACTS tuition management system.

Option Three: Monthly. $800.00 deposit due upon enrollment.  Twelve monthly payments due June through May. Families choosing this option will be required to enroll in the FACTS tuition management system.

Financial Aid

All Fredericksburg Academy prospective or returning families may apply for financial aid based on need as determined by School and Student Services by NAIS.  Please click here for information about this program or contact Lori Adams, Director of Admission and Financial Aid at 540.898.0020, extension 262.

Tuition Refund Insurance

Tuition Refund Insurance protects a family's investment in tuition in the event of withdrawal, separation, or dismissal from the Academy.  Tuition Refund Insurance is required for all accounts except families that choose option one and do not received financial aid.  A brochure about this program is available in the admission or business office.

Before and After School Program-The Falcon Club

The Falcon Club is available to students in Prekindergarten through Eighth Grade.

Morning care (6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.) is $990 for the year. Afternoon care (dismissal until 4:30 p.m.) is $1,650 annually; afternoon care (dismissal until 6:00 p.m.) is $2,475 annually.
