Lunch Orders
The FA Cafe will open for Upper School students on Monday, September 20.
Students will need to bring lunches for the first few weeks of the 2010-2011 school year. Parents of Lower and Middle School will then have the opportunity to pre-order lunches (beginning in mid-September), using the lunch menu and order form posted above. The FA Cafe, selling hot lunches and a la carte items, will be open for Upper School students on September 20.
Also, the PFA is continuing its tradition of selling Hot Dog Lunches in the Lower and Middle schools on Fridays. Orders can be placed on the regular lunch order form, even if you are not purchasing any other lunches from that form. You can always order Friday hot dog lunches after the regular lunch order cut-off date. We have more flexibility with these because we are putting them together in-house. For emergency purposes, same-day orders will be taken only between 7:45 and 8:30 a.m. on Friday. Unfortunately, if the orders are not placed and paid for during that time period, we will be unable to provide a whole lunch. Ice cream will be available for purchase in the LS and MS for $1 at lunchtime. Additional individual hot dogs ($2)will be sold based on availability only in the LS and MS. Thanks for supporting the PFA in its largest fundraiser!
Reminder: Checks for lunch orders should be made payable to Fredericksburg Academy (NOT to the Parent-Faculty Association or to the Falcon's Nest). Lunch orders and payments can be dropped off at any reception desk or mailed to the attention of Robin McNabb at the school.
