Our 2026 Summer Camps run from June 1 to August 21 for children in rising Kindergarten through rising Grade 12 and cover a wide range of activities including: Sports, Arts, Culinary, Outdoor, STEAM, Programming, Leadership, and much more! Over 175 Day Camps, 50 Sports Camps, and unlimited FUN!

Registration
*Registration closes every Wednesday at 11 p.m. for the following week's camps
- Step 1: complete online registration and submit payment
- Step 2: complete the online Camper Medical Information Form found in your camper's profile
- Camper Ages / Grades
- Kindergarten through Grade 12
- Grade levels are 'rising', aka the grade your child will be in next fall
- Kindergarten campers must turn age five by September 30, 2026

Camp FA Essential Eligibility Criteria
Camp FA is open to all individuals who acknowledge the ability to perform the following Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC):
- Kindergarten campers must turn age five by September 30, 2026
- Breathe independently (i.e., not require medical devices to sustain breathing)
- Manage personal care independently or with assistance of a companion (provided by the family)
- Manage personal mobility independently or with a reasonable amount of assistance
- Follow instructions and effectively communicate independently or with assistance of a companion (provided by the family)
- Fall within the manufacturers height and weight requirements for specific equipment usage
- For camps that have a water component:
- Independently maintain sealed airway passages while under water
- Independently turn from face-down to face-up and remain floating face up while wearing a properly fitted USCG approved personal flotation device
Camp FA is committed to providing campers with opportunities to learn, to promote self-confidence, to develop decision-making and social skills, to learn new or improve current skills, and to be environmentally aware. Our philosophy focuses on the need and growth of both the individual camper and the overall group. In order to maintain a positive and safe environment, our campers and parents/guardians are expected to follow Camp FA’s Code of Conduct.
Be respectful by...
- treating others with respect and courtesy.
- openly listening to others thoughts and opinions.
- not taking part or leading any bullying, harassment, name calling, unwanted teasing or exclusion of others.
- respecting other campers’ belongings and camp equipment/supplies.
- telling the truth.
Be responsible by...
- wearing appropriate clothing/shoes to camp each day.
- informing camp staff of challenges you have with another camper, activity, or other situation. If staff is not informed, they may not be able to stop the problem or provide assistance.
- accepting personal responsibility for my actions.
Be positive by...
- communicating appropriately, which excludes the use of foul language, gestures, harsh words, or slurs.
- actively showing support to the activities, campers, and staff.
Be committed by:
- having fun, learning, making new friends, and having new positive experiences.
- challenging myself to actively participate in all of the scheduled activities.
- staying with my group.
Be safe by...
- following (and encouraging others to follow) all rules and regulations provided by counselors and/or the facilities that are being utilized.
- refraining from deliberately causing bodily harm. I understand that pushing, hitting, kicking, and fighting are not acceptable behaviors and will not be tolerated.
As a member of the camp, I understand that this experience is for ALL campers, and if my behavior is deemed to be outside the code of conduct and/or unmanageable, any of the following may be a result:
- Verbal counseling from camp staff
- Timeout from scheduled activities
- Camp Report (documentation and Parent/Guardian notification)
- Parent/Guardian conference
- Suspension or dismissal from camp
We have reviewed and agree to abide by Camp FA’s Code of Conduct.
Cancellation
- Summer Camp
- A $15 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund of camp fees is a cancellation occurs, in writing, within 24 hours of registering. After 24 hours, the following fees apply:
- A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund of camp fees if a cancellation occurs, in writing, prior to 15 business days before the first day of the cancelled camp. This fee is per camper per cancelled camp.
- For example, if a camper is enrolled in both STEAM Academy in the morning and Afternoon Explorers in Week 2, there would be a $50 administrative cancellation fee for each of those camps.
- A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund of camp fees if a cancellation occurs for an Extended Morning or an Extended Afternoon Camp, in writing, prior to 15 business days before the first day of the cancelled Extended Morning/Afternoon camp. This fee is per camper per cancelled camp.
- For example, if a camper is enrolled in both Extended Morning and Extended Afternoon during Week 4, there would be a $25 administrative cancellation fee for each of those camps.
- All fees are forfeited if a cancellation occurs on or after 15 business days prior to the first day of the cancelled camp.
- If a cancellation occurs due to a COVID-19 quarantine or isolation, at the sole discretion of Camp FA, a refund might be made, but the maximum refund would be half of the camp fees paid.
- If a cancellation occurs due to extenuating or unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of Camp FA, a refund might be made, but the maximum refund would be half of the camp fees paid.

Refunds
- All fees will be refunded if a camp is cancelled by Camp FA.
- Refunds are provided by the same method as payment. Credit card payments are refunded to the card used for payment.
- Camp fees are not refunded or pro-rated for missed days due to weather, part-time attendance, missed days of camp, including if a camper is dismissed because of a disciplinary action.
