We strive to win at Fredericksburg Academy but we know there's more to it.

Middle School Athletics offers students a chance to play on teams no matter their skill level to develop confidence and ability. Whether a student is just learning a sport or has been competing for years, he or she can don the Falcon uniform. Our athletics program encourages all student-athletes to have fun, to overcome adversity, to compete as hard as they can, to accept responsibility, and to learn how to win and lose gracefully.

Co-Ed

Cross Country: Varsity (Grades 8 through 12)
Sixth- and seventh-graders have the opportunity to practice with the team but are not eligible to compete in varsity contests.
Mountain Bike Team (Grades 6 through 8)

Girls

Girls Field Hockey: Middle School, Varsity (Grades 6 through 12)
Girls Tennis: Junior Varsity, Varsity (Grades 6 through 12)

Boys

Boys Soccer: Middle School, Varsity (Grades 6 through 12)

The Fredericksburg Academy Falcons compete in the Delaney Athletic Conference and are a part of the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association.
